Red Kite acted as the designer for the whole design process for this Listed Stable Block in North Devon. The initial concept was to find a new use for the characterful building that was now falling into a bad state of repair. Through extensive consultation with the clients, the local council and Historic England, an exciting design was developed that included a more contemporary extension to the building. Planning consent was granted for this project.
